A funny name for a restaurant not ordinary! Traction is an application restaurant, where students from the Cuisine Mode of Employment (s) school of Clichy-sous-Bois apply, every Tuesday and Thursday noon, to implement their apprenticeship; from setting up to shooting, all the conditions are met for them to assume the costume of their future profession.

A Traction is tasted traditional cuisine and so creative. Adapted to the season, the unique menu is renewed with each service.
